  3. Once received, we will file the warranty deed at the county for you, pay all fees, and send you a copy of the recorded deed.

For the larger transactions, we may work with a title company:

  1. We will email you the purchase agreement and instructions on where to send the non-refundable escrow/down payment.
  2. Once received, the title company will provide further instructions on how to close.
